These demo rules are ready to adapt to your server, clan, or DayZ fan community.
Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, threats, and targeted abuse are not part of Ashfall. Keep rivalry in character and treat the people behind every survivor with respect.
Third-party cheats, injected tools, duping, glitching, stream sniping, combat logging, and intentional abuse of map or game bugs are prohibited. Report exploits privately instead of demonstrating them publicly.
PvP is part of DayZ, but server-specific safe zones and event areas must be respected. Do not log out to avoid an active encounter; wait at least 15 minutes after your last hostile interaction.
Build away from military loot routes, water sources, roads, and map transitions. Raiding is permitted only during published raid windows. Floating structures, stacked-object exploits, and blocking another base are not allowed.
Do not hoard vehicles beyond your group limit or deliberately abandon them outside the playable area. Territory flags must remain accessible and may not be hidden inside geometry.
Keep public channels readable and use English for moderation accessibility. Creators are welcome; disclose live streaming where required and never use another player's private information as content.
Open a private Discord ticket with names, time, location, and supporting clips. Do not start public callouts. Appeals are reviewed by a staff member who did not issue the original action whenever possible.
