Respect the desk
Toxicity toward teammates, opponents or staff is a removeable offence. Banter stays in private channels - not on stream or Discord front rooms.

Show up ready
Be online 20 minutes before scheduled scrims and matches. If you cannot attend, notify the IGL or coach as early as possible.

Protect the brand
Jersey, logo and sponsor placements follow staff guidelines. Do not speak for Pulse Arena sponsors without approval.

Content & VODs
Match VODs and practice clips may be used for review and socials. Ask before posting unreleased sponsor or partner material.

Appeals
Open a ticket with staff for warnings, roster decisions or conduct reports. Decisions are final after review.
